Julia R. Hayes is a partner at Hayes & Wilson, PLLC. Julia received her B.A. from Rice University and her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. During law school, she focused on Health Law, Disability Rights, and LGBT issues. She served as the Activity Chair for the OutLaw organization, acted as a Student Peer Mentor, and was active with the Student Bar Association. Julia also had the honor of representing UHLC at the 2009 Lavender Law Conference in Miami.
Julia is currently serving as the President for Attorneys in Tax and Probate, recently taught at the Probate Boot Camp, and has been named a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star for the past four years.
Julia and her husband, Hector, have a daughter and a shepherd-mix, and consider themselves “Houston-Enthusiasts.”
